Danielle K. Lesure-Sopheak is a Southern California native who focuses her practice on personal injury and premises liability.
Before joining Kennedy & Souza, Danielle was an associate at an insurance defense firm where she defended the interests of individuals, businesses and insurance carriers related to personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and construction defect matters. She brings extensive experience to all stages of the litigation process, including pre-litigation disputes, managing discovery, motion practice, conducting and defending depositions, and mediation.
Danielle received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2011. While attending law school, Danielle was a certified law clerk for the Ventura County Public Defender’s Office. Danielle also served as Vice President of her school’s Black Law Students Association chapter and participated in the high school student mentor program. Prior to law school, Danielle graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society.
Outside of her work in the legal arena, Danielle enjoys hiking, listening to true crime podcasts, completing jigsaw puzzles, attending school committee meetings, and adventuring with her spouse and their three children.
