Mr. Baldwin was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004. He primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability litigation. He has also worked on a wide range of matters including: construction defect, workers’ compensation subrogation, real property, business contract, property tax, probate bond liability, and Americans With Disability Act litigation. For more than 13 years, Mr. Baldwin has successfully defended various individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in moderate to high exposure litigation. Through his attention to detail and tenacity, he has obtained favorable results for those clients.
Mr. Baldwin earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law where he graduated with honors (cum laude). He received his B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis in Political Science and Communications with a Music minor.
Mr. Baldwin is licensed to practice before California State Courts and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
