Kevin Barry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Arizona State University in 1985. He also holds a degree in political science, which he received from William Patterson College of New Jersey in 1987. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school he worked toward a master’s degree in International Relations.
In his 30-year career as an attorney Mr. Barry has worked at several prominent insurance defense firms defending claims involving general liability, products liability, construction defect, asbestos litigation, premises liability and mold litigation. He also has experience in bankruptcy, family law, uninsured motorist claims, fraud/SIU and whistle blower actions. Most recently he worked as a Deputy City Attorney handling employment related matter.
Mr. Barry is licensed to practice in the Eastern and Central U.S. District Courts of California and the Arizona District Court. He was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1991.
Kevin is married with three children. His wife is a fraud investigator for a large healthcare company. Their spare time has been devoted to fostering the academic and athletic pursuits of their three sons. Kevin also enjoys woodworking and sneaking in an occasional round of golf.
